The full page advertisement for opening night shows how little major change there was to the theatre over the years. Points of
interest: the original screen filled the proscenium space and there definitely was a verandah. The stage boxes, which faced the
auditorium were for visiting speakers and singers. The long exit corridor, right of the main staircase is obvious. The upstairs café is
