Ken Tulloch- CATHS Member Receives O.B.E. by Denzil Howson
By the time you read this you may be aware that Ken Tulloch, our first President, has been awarded an O.B.E. certificate.
It was not presented by QE2, but we found a suitable CATHS substitute. For those of you that don't know what an O.B.E.

Oakleigh on the Saturday night. At least a months planning had gone into the event. the most difficult aspect of which
was keeping it a secret from Ken.
He knew nothing about it until he was inveigled into the room by CATHS member, Ivan Maguire. £O be greeted b} a

A feature of the night was a presentation of an O.B.E. medal. and also three specially prepared video-tapes relating to
Ken's career and interests. These were large screen projections provided through the courLesy and creative skill of
CATHS member Graham Smythe, and his excellent V.T. projection facilities.
On Friday the 25th of February himself presented his annual screening for CATHS members in the Roxy Theatrene. this
