the Tasmanian hardwood floor you see now and reglazed the then bricked-up circular windows on the
south side. The seats around the hall are the original theatre seats.
In the early 70's Pat added a dance floor to the Balcony area and renovated the stage area.
In 1977 he opened up the North Wall facing Goulburn Street by putting in glass doors, forming a supper
room area. He also had a new toilet block built, did more renovations to the foyer and had a living area
renovated, north of the balcony.
Further renovations are being looked at now, but the original character of the building will never change,
it may not have eternal youth, but it certainly has a certain charm, you have to admit.
